Meet your Guide
✨
Meet your Guide ✨
I believe in the magic of everyday details…✨
The birds chirping, a gentle cool breeze on a hot summer day, the fragrant hint of flowers as you walk by, the nightly wonder and masterpiece that is a sunset, and the stars glimmering above.
So much of what we were born to experience & enjoy seems to be overlooked as we lose lucidity and place our focus elsewhere.
We live in a world that has become so inundated with distractions and deadlines that we have lost sight of life’s waking dream, our magic, and our innate abilities to thrive.
My purpose is to help not only remind you of this very magic, but to help design, create and curate tools & works that bring that magic home. And this course does JUST that.
I am here to remind you to remember. My aim is to awaken & inspire you to remember just how magical this dream reality, and YOU, truly are - Here & Now✨

I learned while traveling the globe for world peace and leading thousands of meditations over the last decade+ that many people find meditation intimidating. It's not just for monks levitating in the Himalayas.. however, I also have found that it is not for everyone at any given moment as some of our nervous systems are currently not equipped or have the capacity to be still for prolonged periods of time.
That said, meditation is a beautiful and key tool in all of my work and though they may look different than other 'meditations' you are used to or can find online, we will learn to view so many day-to-day activities & exercises as meditative.
So, in short, yes - there will be meditations. However, I will provide various techniques and tools so that everyone involved will get a taste of something that feels good and 'clicks' for them. Again, nothing is mandatory as everything I am offering here should be viewed as an optional tool for your expansion and journey. 🙏
As always, be open - and if something feels a bit difficult, that is okay. All I ask is that you try and genuinely give every practice a chance and use your intuition to tune into whether or not this is for you or not. At times, what we find difficult is healing if we stick to it. And of course, other times it is just not for us and that is also beautiful in its own right - find what works for YOU and communicate with me if you are having trouble so that we can guide you in the direction your Soul is after most.
